Basically, the very best reason is simply because this is where you and baby will be most comfortable. No rushing around to get out of the door, and no wondering if you forgot anything. No packing up the diaper bag, and no rushing yourself into a sweaty mess getting ready. You won’t be leaving home, you can take your time. Therefore, this day should be all about you and your new family. I want you to relax, I want you to be as comfortable as possible. This is the key to a great session.
How long will the newborn session take?
Dallas Lifestyle Newborn sessions are very laid back. I am usually at your home about an hour and half to 2 hours, but this depends on baby. We go with the flow and follow baby’s lead. I dont do any super major posing, I mainly focus on baby’s favorite – Snuggling! Baby snuggled in mom or dads arms is such a beautiful way to capture your new baby. I don’t bring props with me, but I will bring wraps and a few blankets. We will focus on getting a beautiful family photo, and plenty of just baby, and a sibling shot. Pets are always welcome to join the family photo. Afterwards, I will leave confidently able to provide you with a full gallery of Beautiful photos to cherish forever!
Gavin slept the entire session, which is always a dream. Altogether, when this happens we are able to move through the session rather quickly.
